Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
All the off lease laptops carry a 7-day return 30-day parts or exchange and 1-year labor warranty from UMC. All the returns after 7 days will be subject to a restocking fee from 5% up to 20%. No return after 30 days. Customer will be responsible for carry-in or mail-in cost, UMC will be responsible for mail-back cost. the battery is garrantteed at A no Dead-At-Arrival condition.
